1. What is the delivery time for my ordered products?

We aim for a delivery time of 4 working days within Europe and 7 working days worldwide. Of course, this delivery time can deviate due to external influences, such as delay by COVID-19 and otherwise.

2. How much are the shipping costs?

For deliveries within Europe, the shipping costs are 10.00 Euro. For deliveries outside Europe, the shipping costs are 20.00 euros. For orders with a value of 150.00 euros or more, no shipping costs are charged.

3. Can I exchange products?

Products can be returned in their original packaging, unused and with the original labels within a period of 14 days from delivery. This only applies to private orders.

 4. Why are products shown inclusive of VAT?

Because we are a Dutch company, we have the obligation to display prices including VAT. Depending on its location, companies can reclaim the VAT in the country of origin.

 5. Are my data properly protected?

Bit-Join is committed to protecting your data. We are legally obliged to comply with the GDPR law.

 6. Will my data be used for marketing purposes?

Bit-Join will never use or forward personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without prior permission.

 7. I placed my order 10 days ago, but I haven’t received any products yet?

After your order you will receive a Track & Trace code when we send your order. This way you can track your package. Of course you can always send us an e-mail so that we can check by our side whether your package is on its way.

If you have ordered products that are not in stock, you will receive a personal email from us. We are happy to help you further.
